摘　　要：允许自由贸易试验区内银行为境外机构办理人民币与外汇衍生产品交易是自贸区金融改革创新举措之一。文章分析了区内银行为境外机构办理外汇衍生产品交易的积极意义,及当前的业务制约因素,并从细化针对境外机构办理外汇衍生品交易的操作规则、完善非居民账户体系等方面提出业务发展建议。Allowing banks in pilot FTZs to handle RMB and FX derivatives trading for overseas institutions is one of the innovative financial reform measures taken by FTZs.The article analyzes the positive significance and current constraints of the business,and puts forward business development proposals in terms of refining the operating rules and improving the non-resident account system.
