棉花高配合力恢复系邯R251的选育及应用

摘　　要：恢复系的选育是棉花三系组合选育的重要环节,利用哈克尼西棉不育胞质的含有恢复加强基因的恢复系0-613-2为基础材料,通过杂交选育出恢复系邯R251。结果表明:邯R251具有花粉量足、恢复度高、配合力强、抗病性好、早熟性好、杂种优势强、制种产量高等优点,与不同类型的不育系组配,均表现出较强的杂种优势和优良的综合性状。Breeding of restorer lines is an important part of cotton three-line combination breeding.The restorer line 0-613-2 of Gossypium harknessii sterile cytoplasm with restorer gene was used as the basic material to breed restorer line Han R251.The results showed that Han R251 had the advantages of sufficient pollen quantity,high recovery degree,strong combining ability,good disease resistance,early maturity,strong heterosis and high seed yield,and had rong heterosis and excellent comprehensive traits with different types of sterile lines.
