摘 要:采用菌落直径法,测定了12种新型苯并咪唑类化合物对棉花枯萎病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:在测定浓度为200μg/mL的情况下,12种新型苯并咪唑类化合物对棉花枯萎病菌的抑菌率达32.5%~89.45%。其中,化合物N-(3-甲基苄基)-1H-苯并咪唑、N-(3-氯苄基)-1H-苯并咪唑、N-(3-溴苄基)-1H-苯并咪唑对棉花枯萎病菌的抑菌率较高,分别为80.1%、89.45%、80.3%,它们对棉花枯萎病菌的EC50值分别为66.1μg/mL、38.1μg/mL、86.3μg/mL,具有良好的抑菌活性;其他9种化合物抑菌活性均低于80%。The inhibiting activity of twelve kinds of novel benzimidazole derivatives against Fusarium oxysporum was investigated by method of colony diameter.The results showed that the inhibition rate of 12 benzimidazoles to Fusarium oxysporum was 32.5%~89.45%in the concentration of 200μg/mL.Among them,N-(3-methylbenzyl)-1H-benzimidazole,N-(3-chlorobenzyl)-1H-benzimidazole,N-(3-bromobenzyl)-1H-benzimi-dazoe had higher inhibiting activity rates against Fusarium oxysporum(80.1%,89.45%and 80.3%,respectively).The EC50 values of them against Fusarium oxysporum were 66.1μg/mL,38.1μg/mL and 86.3μg/mL,respectively,showing good inhibiting activity.The inhibiting activity of the other 9 compounds was lower than 80%.
