江西省棉花加工业发展现状及对策建议

摘　　要：江西是长江流域棉花优势种植区,棉花是江西重要的农业经济作物。在产业扶贫的大背景下,棉花加工业在吸引农村剩余劳动人口就业、增加农民收入、缩小贫富差距以及缓解经济冲击等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文结合全国(14个棉花主要生产省份)棉花加工经营状况,对江西省棉花加工业发展现状进行了分析。江西省纱布产量近年来开始有所下滑,江西省纺织纱线、织物及制品出口值呈现出逐年增加的趋势,棉花加工企业普遍面临着棉花市场波动频繁、原材料成本以及用工成本上升等问题。同时基于上述现状与问题提出了相应建议。Jiangxi is a dominant cotton planting region in the Yangtze River Basin,and cotton is an important agricultural economic crop in Jiangxi.In the context of industrial poverty alleviation,the cotton processing industry plays an important role in attracting employment of rural surplus laborers,increasing farmers'income,narrowing the gap between rich and poor,easing economic shocks etc..This article started with the cotton production and operation status of the 14 major cotton-producing provinces in the country.analyzed the development status of the cotton processing industry in Jiangxi province.the output of gauze in Jiangxi province had declined in recent years,textile yarn,fabrics and the export value of products showed a trend of increasing year by year.it was found that cotton processing enterprises were generally faced with the problems of frequent fluctuations in the cotton market,rising raw material costs and labor costs.Based on the above-mentioned current situation and problems,corresponding suggestions were put forward.
