摘　　要：科技产业化项目预评价体系的建设,是一个相对复杂的系统性工作,是决定科技产业化项目成败的关键环节。文章以科技产业化的基本规律为基础,通过研究、借鉴国内外先进的科技产业化项目评价指标体系及评价经验,结合我国特有的环境及项目特点,综合分析、判断,以求对科技成果产业化预评价体系及其指标体系的建立、完善提出相关建议。The construction of pre-evaluation system of science and technology industrialization project is a relatively complex systematic work,and it is the key link to determine the success or failure of science and technology industrialization project.Based on the basic law of science and technology industrialization,this paper studies and draws lessons from the advanced evaluation index system and experience of science and technology industrialization project at home and abroad,combined with the unique environment and project characteristics of our country,comprehensive analysis and judgment,in order to put forward relevant suggestions on the establishment and improvement of the pre-evaluation system and index system of scientific and technological achievements industrialization.
