摘  要:压力机输出部件滑块的运动学特性和各连杆铰接点的受力情况是评价微型压力机工作质量的重要指标,该微型伺服压力机多连杆机构由曲柄摇杆机构和摇杆滑块机构串联而成,并能满足压力机工作要求。通过对该多连杆机构和一般曲柄滑块机构的运动学及动力学分析作对比,阐述了该机构滑块的位移、速度、加速度及铰接点的受力情况相较于一般曲柄滑块机构的不同特性。The kinematic characteristics of the press output part slider and the force of each link hinge point are the important indicators to evaluate the working quality of the micro press. The multi-link mechanism of the micro servo press consists of a crank rocker mechanism and a rocker sliding block mechanism in series which can meet the working requirements of the press. By comparing with the kinematics and dynamics analysis between the multi-link mechanism and the general crank slider mechanism, the displacement, speed,acceleration and force of the hinge point of the slider of the multi-link mechanism have been expounded which is different with the general crank slider mechanism.
