摘  要:本文对送料机械手工作周期进行分析,提出一种具备行程倍增机构的机械手设计理念,利用编码器检测冲床滑块的安全高度,通过时序图法研究冲床和机械手的协调安全运行。事实证明,本文设计的机械手能够有效节省手臂运行时间,避免了碰撞事件的发生,实现了冲床的连续运行。After analyzing the working cycle of the feeding manipulator, a design concept of a manipulator with a stroke multiplying mechanism has been proposed in the text. The encoder has been used to detect the safe height of the punch press slider. The coordinated safe operation of the punch press and the manipulator has been studied by the timing diagram method. It is proved that the manipulator designed in the text can effectively save the running time of the arm, avoid the occurrence of collision events, and realize the continuous operation of the punch press.
