摘 要:油压机作为一种重要的成形加工机床在制造领域得到了广泛的应用。然而,与机械压力机相比,虽然其投资少但加工效率低。基于此,本文对伺服油压机高效生产线电液系统进行了研究与设计。充分利用伺服电机两倍过载能力的特点,通过ESVIEW软件对伺服参数进行采样分析与优化,以及优化提升的电气控制系统,同时辅以创新设计的插装阀液压系统,在最大400mm的冲压行程下,实现整条自动化生产线8.2spm的生产效率。As an important forming machine tool, the hydraulic press has been widely used in the manufacturing field, however, by comparing with mechanical press, its investment is less, but the efficiency is lower.Based on this, the research and design of the electro-hydraulic system of the high-efficiency production line of servo hydraulic press have been conducted in the text. By full use of characteristics of the servo motor’s double overload capacity, the sample analysis and optimization have been conducted to the servo parameters through ESVIEW software. With the aids of the optimized & improved electrical control system and the innovative-designed cartridge valve hydraulic system, the production efficiency of 8.2 pieces/min for the entire automated production line has been achieved under the maximum 400 mm stamping stroke.
