摘　　要：定尺料作为原始材料广泛的运用于家电、汽车行业的钣金冲压设备中。钣金冲压设备作为各主机厂、配套工厂的先头工序,往往对工厂产能的稳定性有一定的影响。定尺料拆垛过程中出现掉料及双张的情况是钣金冲压设备停机的主要问题,从实际生产运行过程中分析掉料及双张的原因,有一定的必要性。As the raw material, fixed-length material has been widely used in sheet metal stamping equipment of home appliances and automobile industry. Sheet metal stamping equipment, as the first process of each main machine factory and supporting factory, often has a certain impact on the stability of factory capacity.The main problem of sheet metal stamping equipment shutdown is the material dropping and double sheets in the process of de-stacking of fixed-length materials. It is necessary to analyze the reasons of material dropping and double sheets in the actual production and operation process.
