摘　　要：随着国内工业自动化的快速发展,在冲压行业,PLC控制已经基本成为主流控制,而随着冲床整体性能的提升和安全系数的不断提高,作为电气控制核心部件PLC,不管是冲床生产厂家还是客户都对PLC提出了更安全更稳定的控制要求。本文介绍西门子1200系列CPU,其内置PROFINET、高速运动控制I/O以及板载模拟量输入,设计紧凑、组态灵活,功能强大,可用于控制各种设备,满足不同的自动化需求。With the rapid development of domestic industrial automation, in the stamping industry, PLC control has basically become the mainstream control, and the overall performance of the punch press as well as the safety factor have been improved. As the core component of electrical control, PLC, whether it is a punch manufacturer or customer has put forward safer and more stable control requirements for PLC. The Siemens 1200 series CPU has been introduced in the text, which is a compact design, flexible configuration, built-in PROFINET, high-speed motion control I/O, and on-board analog input combined into a compact housing to form a powerful control, Can be used to control a variety of equipment to meet automation needs.
