摘 要:对大口径厚壁90°弯头液压成形工艺过程进行有限元模拟,分析不同加载路径对大口径厚壁90°弯头液压成形效果的影响规律,并对大口径厚壁90°弯头壁厚进行分析。结果表明:通过数值模拟计算确定了500mm大口径厚壁90°弯头液压成形工艺参数。零件成形后,零件最大减薄率为34.691%,随着变形量的增加零件壁厚总体呈现出减薄的趋势,零件内弯壁厚要高于外弯。在零件外弯最高处壁厚小于其周围壁厚,并且零件最高处变形量小于其周围区域。The hydroforming process of 90° elbow with large diameter and thick wall has been simulated by finite element method, and the influence law of different loading paths on the hydroforming effect of 90° elbow with large diameter and thick wall has been analyzed. The results show that the hydroforming parameters of large diameter 500 mm thick wall 90° elbow have been determined by numerical simulation. The maximum thinning rate of the part is 34.691% after being formed. With the increase of deformation, the wall thickness of the part show a trend of thinning, and the inner bending wall thickness of the part is higher than the outer bending. The wall thickness at the highest part of outer bending is less than that around it,and the deformation at the highest part is less than that around it.
