摘 要:级进模设计主要包括冲压工艺、模具总体结构和模具零件设计,同时设计过程中还需考虑条料和模具零件在模具工作过程中的干涉等问题,对设计人员要求较高。而PDW系统建立了一套完整的级进模设计环境,提供了丰富的模架库、镶件库和标准件库,设计便捷,极大地提高了级进模的设计效率。本设计运用PDW对连接板进行级进模设计,采用3工位的排样设计,导正销精定距的步距控制方式,整体模具采用正装结构,弹性卸料、下出件方式,保证了连接板尺寸精度要求,结果表明,连接板级进模设计满足生产要求。The design of the progressive die mainly includes the stamping process, the overall structure of the die and the design of the die parts. At the same time, the design process also needs to consider the interference of the strip and die parts in the die work process, which requires high requirement of the designer.The PDW system establishes a complete progressive die design environment, which provides a rich die base library, insert library and standard part library, which is convenient to design and greatly improves the design efficiency of progressive die. PDW has been used to conduct the progressive die design of the connecting plate. A 3-station layout design and a step control method of precise positioning of the guide pin have been adopted. A formal installation structure, flexible discharge, and lower ejection method have been adopted to the overall die in order to ensure the dimensional accuracy requirements of the connecting plate. The results show that the design of the progressive die for the connecting plate meets the production requirements.
