摘  要:一台单点冲床出现齿轮噪声问题,依据齿轮噪声理论,除了齿轮材质自身因素外,噪声主要由力的方向和大小变化引起。通过推导滑块输出力到大齿轮输入力的逆向传递公式,并计算曲轴正反转向对大齿轮输入力的影响值,找出校精度侧顶力的大小是影响噪声的要因。采取措施减小校精度侧顶力后,噪声问题顺利解决。There is a gear noise problem in a single point press machine. According to the theory of gear noise, except the gear material factor, the noise is mainly caused by changing the direction and value of the force. With derivation of the reversal transmission formula from the output force of slider to the input force of big gear, by calculating the influence of clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation of crank on the input force of big gear, it is found out that the value of side jacking force for calibration accuracy is the main factor affecting gear noise. The noise problem has been solved successfully after taking measures to reduce the side jacking force for calibration accuracy.
