白细胞单采术治疗高白细胞急性白血病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞单采术治疗高白细胞急性白血病(HLAL)的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年1月—2019年1月HLAL患者24例,在化疗开始前,行白细胞单采术治疗,观察其应用效果。结果在所选取的24例患者中,症状得到缓解23例,外周血细胞数量得到下降。结论针对HLAL患者,通过开展白细胞单采术治疗,能降低其外周血当中的白血病细胞数目,减少白血病细胞负荷,对肿瘤溶解综合征实施有效预防,乃是治疗此病的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of leukocyte monoculture in the treatment of high leukocyte acute leukemia(HLAL).Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,24 patients with hlal were selected and treated with leukocyte monoculture before chemotherapy.Results Among the 24 patients,23 were relieved,and the number of peripheral blood cells decreased significantly.Conclusion It is an effective method to reduce the number of leukemic cells in peripheral blood,reduce the load of leukemic cells,and prevent the tumor lysis syndrome.
