摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗对支气管哮喘患者的影响价值。方法选择2019年1月—2019年8月之间,在我院就诊的85例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为联合组和对照组,分别在常规治疗的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗和单独布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,对比两组患者用药前后肺功能及临床症状变化情况。结果治疗后,联合组患者一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in the first second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、呼气高峰流量(peak expiratory flow rate,PEFR)水平均显著优于对照组患者,差别具有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组和对照组患者临床治疗有效率分别为97.67%、64.29%,两组差别具有统计学意义(P <0.05);结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗应对支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效显著,能够有效强化患者的肺功能,抑制患者的病情,改善临床症状,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。Objective To explore the impact value of montelukast sodium and budesonide formoterol on bronchial asthma patients.Methods From January 2019 to August 2019,85 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a combination group and a control group.They were given montelukast sodium and budesonide formoterol on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment was compared with that of budesonide formoterol alone,and the changes in pulmonary function and clinical symptoms before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the combined expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR)were significantly better in the combined group.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the combined group and the control group were 97.67%and 64.29%in clinical treatment respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide formoterol has a significant clinical effect on bronchial asthma patients,can effectively strengthen the patient's lung function,inhibit the patient's condition,improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
