双氢克尿噻联合地高辛治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的评价双氢克尿噻联合地高辛治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法对我院2017年10月—2019年11月收治的慢性心衰患者进行筛选,从中选择120例作为本次研究的对象,奇偶数法随机分为两组,各组60例。两组患者均采用地高辛治疗,研究组在此基础上采用双氢克尿噻治疗。观察两组治疗前后心功能指标、治疗总有效率。结果两组治疗前心功能指标无统计学差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组患者各项心功能指标均优于对照组,治疗总有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对慢性心衰患者采用地高辛联合双氢克尿噻治疗能够显著改善患者心功能,与单一采用地高辛治疗相比疗效更佳。Objective To evaluate the effect of hydrochlorothiazide combined with digoxin on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods The patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were screened,and 120 cases were selected as the object of this study.The parity method was used to randomly divide the patients into two groups,60 in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with digoxin,and the study group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide.Observe cardiac function index and total effective rate before and after treatment in the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in cardiac function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group and the total effective rate was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digoxin combined with hydrochlorothiazide in patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve the cardiac functions of patients,and the effect is better than that of digoxin alone.
