正骨推拿联合颈三针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨正骨推拿联合针刺颈夹脊穴及颈三针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病治疗效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年5月间医院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者共86例,将其以数字随机表法均分为观察组及对照组。对照组患者行正骨推拿法治疗,观察组联合针刺颈夹脊穴及颈三针治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗总有效率及左/右椎动脉(left/Right artery,L/RVA)及椎-基底动脉(vertebrobasilar artery,VBA)血流变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,两组患者LVA、RVA及VBA血流速度均有提高,且观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论正骨推拿联合针刺颈夹脊穴及颈三针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,可有效改善患者症状。Objective To explore the effect of Orthopedic Massage combined with three cervical needles to vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy.Methods Selected 86 patients with cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type from March 2018 to May 2019.Patients in the control group were treated with orthopedic massage,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture at the neck Jiaji points and three cervical needles.Compared the total effective rate of treatment and the left/right vertebral artery(L/RVA)and vertebrobasilar artery(VBA)changes.Results There were significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment,the LVA,RVA and VBA blood flow velocities(P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant effects with Orthopedic combined with acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points and cervical triple acupuncture on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis..
