摘　　要：衰弱是一种常见的老年综合征,以多系统功能障碍和生理储备下降为特点,与多种不良健康结局相关。心力衰竭是各种心脏疾患的终末阶段,其发病率随年龄的增长而增加。老年心力衰竭患者衰弱的发生率较高,而衰弱者发生心力衰竭的风险也增加。衰弱与心力衰竭的双向关系可能基于炎症、内分泌与代谢障碍、自主神经功能失调等共同潜在机制。因此,心力衰竭患者的衰弱识别至关重要,未来需建立基于心力衰竭人群的衰弱筛查模型,对合并的衰弱状态尽早干预,以期改善老年心力衰竭患者的远期预后。Frailty is a common syndrome of the elderly,which is characterized by multiple systemic dysfunction and reduced physiological reserve,and is associated with a variety of adverse health outcomes.Heart failure is the terminal stage of various heart diseases and its incidence increases with age.The incidence of frailty is higher in the elderly patients with heart failure,and the risk of heart failure is also increased in those with frailty.The bi-directional relationship between frailty and heart failure may be a common underlying mechanism based on inflammation,endocrine and metabolic disorders,and autonomic dysfunction.Therefore,it’ s important to identify the frailty of patients with heart failure,and it’ s necessary to establish a frailty screening model based on the people with heart failure in the future,and intervene the frailty as early as possible,so as to improve the long-term prognosis of the elderly patients with heart failure.
