摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展,中小户型成为了城市大部分青年人群的首选,设计师在设计的过程中,需要按照空间特点和使用频率来做好功能空间面积的合理分配。当住宅平面面积被充分利用完之后,设计师将拓展住户生活空间放在了收纳空间的充分利用上,既考虑为收纳空间的后期挖掘留下余地,也考虑家庭结构不同对户型要求的变异性和差异性。With the rapid development of society,small and medium-sized houses have become the first choice for most young people in cities.Stylist is in the process of design,be aimed at medium and small family residence,need according to dimensional characteristic and use frequency will do the reasonable allocation of functional space area.When the flat area of the house is fully used up,we will expand the living space of the residents on the full use of the storage space,the architect to consider for the storage space of the late excavation to leave room,consider the family structure of different requirements of the variability and difference.
