摘 要:随着我国装配式建筑的不断发展,预制装配式FK墙板应运而生并成为一种新型建筑外围围护系统,该技术与产品成功解决了建筑外围护的抗震、水密、防火等一系列问题。本文指出了目前我国FK墙板生产过程中普遍存在的问题,提出了充分运用智能制造的先进理念与技术,实现FK墙板制造产业升级,这是从传统人工制造到高端智能制造的跨越,将为我国装配式建筑发展起到推动作用。With the continuous development of prefabricated buildings in China,prefabricated FK wall panels emerge at the right moment and become a new building envelope system.This technology and product successfully solve a series of problems of building envelope,such as earthquake resistance,water tightness,fire prevention and so on.This paper points out the widespread problems in the process of FK wallboard production in China,and puts forward the advanced concept and technology of intelligent manufacturing to realize the industry upgrade of FK wall panels manufacturing,which is a leap from traditional artificial manufacturing to frontier intelligent manufacturing,and will play a driving role in the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
