摘　　要：“义”是儒家文化的核心价值之一。自先秦始,“义”被解读为不同的含意,与“义”相关的忠义、信义、德义等复合词语在汉代相继出现。而三国时期关公文化中的“义”,从忠义开始推而广之为正义、信义等,“义”成为统治者统治的有力工具之一。关公文化中“义”作为传统伦理道德重要的组成部分,促进了社会公德与文化的良好发展。借鉴与吸收优秀传统文化,科学构建现代社会的道德伦理观,对当今社会发展有着重要的现实意义。"Righteousness"is one of the core values of Confucian philosophy.From Pre-Qin period,"Righteousness"was interpreted into various implications,in relation to which the compound words of loyalty,faith and virtue came into being one after another in the Han Dynasty.In the era of the Three Kingdoms,"Righteousness"in GUAN Gong′s culture extended from loyalty to justice and faithfulness,and"righteousness"became a powerful tool for monarch to rule the people.As an important part of traditional ethics,"righteousness"in GUAN Gong culture has promoted an excellent development of social morality and culture.The reference and absorption of traditional culture and scientific construction of moral ethics in modern society has very important practical significance for social development.
