摘  要:分别研究了在盐雾(25℃,50g·L-1 NaCl溶液,1000h)、湿热(60℃,相对湿度95%,90d)、高温(70℃,365d)、低温(-45℃,7d)及户外暴晒(1000h)等环境中,聚硫密封胶的拉伸性能与黏结抗剥离性能的变化规律,分析了环境因素对其耐候性的影响。结果表明:在高温、低温、湿热、盐雾环境中,随着时间的延长,聚硫密封胶的拉伸强度降低,拉断伸长率增大,剥离强度几乎不变,说明聚硫密封胶的黏结抗剥离性能未受上述环境的影响,且其耐低温能力优异;在户外暴晒环境中,随着试验时间的延长,聚硫密封胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均显著减小,剥离强度基本不变,说明紫外辐照及热氧老化对拉伸性能的影响较明显,但对黏结抗剥离性能的影响很小。Variation rules of the tensile property and adhesion and peeling resistance of polysulfide sealant were studied in salt spray(25℃,50 g·L-1 NaCl solution,1000 h),heat and humidity(60℃,relative humidity of 95%,90 d),high temperature(70℃,365 d),low temperature(-45℃,7 d)and outdoor exposure(1000 h)environments,respectively.The influence of environmental factors on its weatherability was analyzed.The results show that in high temperature,low temperature,heat and humidity and salt spray environments,the tensile strength of the polysulfide sealant decreased with increasing test time,and the break elongation increased;the peel strength changed little,indicating that the adhesion and peeling resistance of the polysulfide sealant was not affected by the above environments and its low temperature resistance was excellent.In outdoor exposure environment,the tensile strength and the break elongation of the polysulfide sealant both significantly decreased with increasing test time,while the peel strength changed little,indicating that ultraviolet irradiation and thermal oxygen aging had an obvious effect on the tensile properties,but had little effect on the adhesion and peeling resistance.
