摘 要:以立磨粉磨生产服务需求为目标,通过分析生产线设备结构和运行特点,结合信息化现状,建立了基于数据流的云服务模式及相应的状态监控系统,解析了状态监控系统的构建方法,提出了数据处理流程和处理方法,实现了数据自动处理和状态自动识别。该模式和方法用于云平台,经过实际运行证明,获得了良好的效果,对生产运维具有指导作用。In order to meet the demand of grinding production service of the vertical roller mill,the cloud service mode based on data flow and the corresponding status monitoring system were established after analyzing the equipment structure and operation features of the production line and combining informatization situation.In addition,the construction method of the status monitoring system was analyzed,the data processing flow and method were proposed,as well as automatic data processing and automatic status identification realized.The mode and method were suitable for the cloud platform and showed excellent effects after actual operation.It was of guidance significance for production and maintenance.
