摘 要:对新型水泥干法生产线几个典型的粉磨系统进行了对比研究,得出了单独球磨机粉磨系统、预粉磨系统、联合粉磨系统和半终粉磨系统的电耗逐渐降低的结论。对于相同的水泥粉磨系统,适当增加辊压机与球磨机的装机功率比,可以降低系统电耗,增加产量;半终粉磨系统比联合粉磨系统增加了需水量。这些研究结果有利于水泥行业的节能降耗。The paper compared and studied several typical grinding system for new-type cement dry process production line,and obtained the conclusion that the power consumption of single ball mill grinding system,pre-grinding system,combined grinding system and semi-final grinding system gradually reduced.For the same cement grinding system,modest increase in the installation power ratio of roller press and ball mill reduced the power consumption of the system and enhanced the output,and the water demand of the semi-final grinding system increased compared with the combined grinding system.The research results were beneficial to energy saving and consumption reduction of cement industry.
