摘 要:为评定煤矿用输送带中部采样机采取样品是否符合标准要求,以安徽皖北某矿区新投用的输送带中部采样机为研究对象,对设备开展了取样准确度测试。测试表明:该煤矿用输送带中部采样机精密度与偏倚值均符合相关国家标准要求,取样值可作为出矿煤炭以质计价的依据。试验结果为矿方进行采样机综合性能验收提供了参考依据。In order to evaluate whether the samples from the sampler in the middle of conveyance belt in colliery meet the standard requirements,the newly-used sampler in the middle of the conveyance belt in a mining area in the north of Anhui being taken as the research object,the test for sampling precision of the sampler was conducted.Test results showed:the precision and the bias of the sampler met the requirements of relevant national standard,the sampling value could be taken as the basis of pricing coal in terms of quality.The test results offered reference for the mine to check the comprehensive performance of the sampler.
