摘 要:公路大型营运车辆电气化是降低其尾气污染物排放的一个技术手段,为发展并推广电气化公路技术,通过技术跟踪、国外技术交流和国外测试现场调研,研究总结德国、瑞典两种类型的电气化公路技术特点,系统分析了近两年国外电气化公路技术进展与试验测试情况。结合我国公路货运车辆技术现状和运营管理模式,研判我国公路货运车辆污染物排放现状和发展趋势,从空中架线式供电网技术、混合动力货车车辆技术、车载受电弓控制技术、电气化公路设施建设成本、电气化公路运输成本5个方面进行分析,提出我国建设电气化公路运输试验路段的必要性及相关技术的可行性。从建设成本、运输成本和尾气污染物减排3个方面分析了预期经济与环保效益。从技术优势、体制优势和可利用市场化手段解决建设成本优势3个角度对电气化公路技术的未来推广进行论证展望。最后,结合我国公路货运特点,提出了电气化公路适用场景及建议措施。研究结果表明:电气化公路技术在疏港公路、煤运通道、货运通道、客运班线密集等路段具备建设可行性,且能够带来巨大的经济和环境效益;电气化公路运输系统可从根本上支撑交通运输行业打好柴油货车等污染防治攻坚战,支撑我国公路柴油大型货运车辆电动清洁能源化发展。The electrification of large-scale highway operating vehicles is a technical means to reduce the emission of exhaust pollutants.In order to develop and promote the technology of electrified highway,the technical characteristics of 2 types of electrified highway in Germany and Sweden are studied and summarized through technical tracking,foreign technical exchange and foreign test site investigation,and the technical progress and testing situation of electrified highway abroad in recent 2 years are systematically analyzed.Combining with the technical status and operation management mode of road freight vehicles in China,the current situation and development trend of pollutant emissions from road freight vehicles in China are studied and analyzed from the aspects of air stringing power supply network technology,hybrid electric vehicle technology,on-board pantograph control technology,construction cost of electrified highway facilities and transport cost of electrified highway.The necessity of constructing electrified highway transport test sections and the feasibility of related technologies in China are proposed.The expected economic and environmental benefits are analyzed from the aspects of construction cost,transport cost and exhaust pollutant emission reduction.The future promotion of electrified highway technology is demonstrated and prospected from the aspects of technological advantages,institutional advantages and market-oriented means.Finally,combining with the characteristics of highway freight transport in China,the applicable scenarios and recommended measures for electrified highways are proposed.The result shows that(1)the electrified highway technology has the feasibility of construction in the sections of such as port highways,coal transport corridors,freight corridors,and dense passenger transport lines,and it can bring huge economic and environmental benefits;(2)the electrified highway transport system can fundamentally support the transport industry to do good job in the prevention and control of
