摘 要:采用烧结法制备了钠钙硅系硅灰石微晶玻璃,利用动物骨源灰分(骨灰)引入羟基磷灰石进行掺杂,研究了不同骨灰掺杂量对硅灰石微晶玻璃的烧结工艺、物相组成、微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着骨灰质量分数的增加,玻璃软化温度逐渐升高,气孔率增加,显微硬度、抗压强度、收缩率、体积密度均逐渐降低,硅灰石的晶相含量逐渐减少,羟基磷灰石晶相含量增多;骨灰质量分数为40%时,样品中硅灰石为主晶相、羟基磷灰石为次晶相,显微硬度为484.5Hv0.1,抗压强度为221MPa,满足骨修复材料的需要。当掺杂60%和80%骨灰时,主晶相为磷酸三钙,次晶相为少量的硅灰石和羟基磷灰石。Sodium-calcium-silicon series wollastonite glass-ceramics were prepared by using the sintering method.Hydroxyapatite from animal bone ashes were doped with wollastonite glass-ceramics.The influences of different mass fractions of ashes on the sintering process,phase composition,microstructure and properties of wollastonite glass-ceramics were studied.The results show that with the increase of ash mass fraction,the softening temperature of glass gradually increases and the porosity increases,while the microhardness,compressive strength,shrinkage percentage,volume and density gradually decrease,the content of wollastonite crystal phase decreases gradually,and the content of hydroxyapatite crystal phase increases.Simultaneously,the crystal phase content of the wollastonite decreases gradually while the crystal phase content of hydroxyapatite increases.When 40%of ashes are doped,wollastonite is the main crystal phase while hydroxyapatite is the secondary crystal phase;the microhardness is 484.5 Hv0.1,and the compressive strength is 221 MPa,meeting the needs of bone restoration materials.When 60%and 80%ashes are doped,the main crystal phase is tricalcium phosphate,and the secondary crystal phase is a low volume of wollastonite and hydroxyapatite.
