摘　　要：目的:调查心血管专科护士创新行为及信息素养现状,并分析信息素养对创新行为的影响。方法:采用信息素养问卷和创新行为量表对298名心血管专科护士进行调查。结果:心血管专科护士创新行为总分为(32.00±5.50)分,信息素养总分为(77.05±8.18)分。分层回归结果显示,控制一般资料后,信息素养中的信息意识、信息能力、信息知识可解释创新行为总变异的27.4%。结论:心血管专科护士的创新行为以及信息素养处于中等水平,信息素养对其创新行为有显著影响,建议护理管理者针对心血管专科护士信息素养与循证实践的特征制定相应的信息素养培养方案,以提高其创新水平,提升专科护理服务质量。Objective:To investigate the status of innovation behaviors and information literacy among cardiovascular specialized nurses,and to analyze the influence of information literacy on innovation behaviors.Methods:A total of 298 cardiovascular specialized nurses were investigated using the Information Literacy Questionnaire and the Innovative Behavior Scale.Results:The total score of innovative behavior was 32.00±5.50,and the total score of information literacy was 77.05±8.18.Hierarchical regression showed that after controlling for demographic information,information awareness,information ability and information knowledge in information literacy were significant influencing factors of innovation behaviors,which explained 27.4%of the total variance.Conclusion:The innovative behaviors and information literacy among cardiovascular specialized nurses were at a middle level.The information literacy had a significant impact on innovative behaviors.It is suggested that nursing managers should develop information literacy training programs based on the characteristics of cardiovascular specialized nurses'information literacy and evidence-based practice to improve the innovation level of nurses and the quality of specialized nursing services.
