摘  要:目的:探讨三维(3D)立体影像模型在护理学生解剖教学中的应用价值。方法:前瞻性随机选取2019年新学期开始《人体解剖学》课程的同年级2个班级(各45名)的高职护理学生,分为3D教学组和传统教学组。3D教学组采用三维重建技术建立的多层螺旋CT 3D立体影像模型辅助教学,传统教学组采用传统教学方法。两组理论和实验课时安排相同,均由同一名高年资讲师授课。通过心理旋转测试(MRT)评估两组学生视觉空间能力;采用相同考卷进行解剖学知识测试;通过自制问卷调查学生满意度。结果:两组学生一般资料和课程开始前MRT评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。所有课程结束后,与传统教学组比较,3D教学组解剖学知识测试成绩更优,MRT评分更高,满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D立体影像模型辅助解剖教学能够有效提高护理学生知识掌握水平和满意度,改善视觉空间能力。Objective:To investigate the application value of three-dimensional(3D)stereo image model in the teaching of anatomy for nursing students.Methods:Two classes(45 students in each)of the same grade,which will begin the course of Anatomy at the beginning of the new semester,were randomly selected and randomly divided into three-dimensional teaching group and traditional teaching group.Three-dimensional reconstruction technology was used to build multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional image model to assist teaching in the 3D teaching group,while traditional teaching method was used in the traditional teaching group.The theoretical and experimental classes of the two groups were arranged in the same way and were taught by the same senior lecturer.Two groups of students were assessed by mental rotation tests(MRT).Anatomical knowledge was tested with the same test paper.Students′satisfaction was investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results:There was no significant difference in general information and MRT scores between the two groups before the beginning of the course(P>0.05),which was comparable.At the end of all courses,compared with the traditional teaching group,the anatomy knowledge test score of the 3D teaching group was better,the MRT score was higher,and the satisfaction was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:3D stereo image model assisted anatomy teaching can effectively improve the knowledge level,visuospatial ability and satisfaction of nursing students.
