蛤蟆草治疗急慢性荨麻疹湿疹及异位性皮炎均有特效

摘　　要：皮肤瘙痒症是一类种常见皮肤病,其中荨麻疹、湿疹、异位性皮炎是发病率较高,经久难愈的疾病,对人们生活造成很大困扰。为研究荔枝草(蛤蟆草)治疗皮肤瘙痒症的方法和功效,该项研究征集急慢性荨麻疹14例,急慢性湿疹17例,异位性皮炎4例。对于泛发性皮肤瘙痒患者及急慢性荨麻疹患者主要采取内服法,取干荔枝草30g(鲜蛤蟆草用量加倍),加水1000mL,沸水煮15~20min,药汁早晚分2次饮用,每日一剂,连续服用15d。对于局部性湿疹和异位性皮炎患者,需内服法和外敷法并用;内服法同前,外敷法取干荔枝草120g(鲜蛤蟆草用量加倍),分2次水煎,每次加水1000mL,第一次水煎20min,第二次水煎10min,两次药液混合,趁热热敷患处5~10min,每日一次,连续内服和外敷15d。除2例人工荨麻疹外,其余33例急慢性荨麻疹、湿疹和异位性皮炎患者均取得满意效果,治愈24例,好转9例。服药期间需忌酒、辛辣、海鲜和高蛋白食品,可以同时服用抗过敏药物或外涂抗过敏药膏3~5d。荔枝草治疗皮肤瘙痒症疗效确切,值得推广。Skin pruritus is a type of common skin diseases,among which urticaria,eczema,and atopic dermatitis are diseases with a high incidence and hard to heal,which cause great troubles to people’s lives.In order to study the method and efficacy of Common Sage Herb(CSH)in the treatment of skin pruritus,this study recruited 14 cases of acute and chronic urticaria,17 cases of acute and chronic eczema,and 4 cases of atopic dermatitis.For patients with generalized skin pruritus and acute and chronic urticaria,oral administration is the main method:Take 30g dried CSH(double the amount of fresh CSH),add 1000mL of water,boil for 15~20 minutes,drink the decoction twice in the morning and evening,one dose a day for 15 days.For patients with localized eczema and atopic dermatitis,oral administration and external treatment method are required together.The oral administration is the same as above.Take 120g of dried CSH(double the amount of fresh CSH)for external application,decoction in 2 times,add 1000mL of water each time,the first decoction time for 20 minutes,the second decoction time for 10 minutes,the two liquids are mixed together.While decoction is hot,compress the affected skin for 5~10 minutes,once a day,continuously for 15 days.In addition to 2 cases of artificial urticaria,the remaining 33 cases of acute and chronic urticaria,eczema and atopic dermatitis all achieved satisfactory efficacy,24 cases were cured,and 9 cases improved.Patients should avoid alcohol,spicy,seafood and high-protein foods while taking medicine.They can take anti-allergic drugs or apply anti-allergic ointment at the same time for 3~5 days.CSH has a definite curative effect on skin pruritus and is worth promoting.
