摘 要:TP超标成为长江流域水环境保护面临的新挑战,而城镇生活污水处理厂TP去除效率不高,是长江流域TP的主要来源之一.通过实地监测获得本地数据,对BioWin软件部分参数进行本地化改造,模型校验结果显示,稳态和动态模拟偏差控制在15%以内.利用BioWin软件模拟,分析了进水水质、运行参数等变化对污水处理厂出水TP的影响,提出了减少曝气、降低污泥回流、降低进水跌水高度等运行参数优化方案.经过实证,参数优化后运行,污水处理厂TP去除效率有显著提升,出水水质由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准可以提升至一级A标准.Total phosphorus exceeding the standard has become a new challenge for water environmental protection in the Yangtze River Basin,while the total phosphorus removal efficiency of urban domestic sewage treatment plants is not high,which is one of the main sources of total phosphorus in the Yangtze River Basin.Local data was obtained through on-site monitoring,and some parameters of BioWin software were localized.The model verification results showed that the steady-state and dynamic simulation deviations were controlled within 15%.Using BioWin software simulation,the effects of influent water quality,operating parameters and other changes on the total phosphorus in the sewage treatment plant were analyzed.The optimization schemes for reducing the aeration,reducing the sludge return,and reducing the influent water drop height were proposed.After the demonstration and optimization of the parameters,the total phosphorus removal efficiency of the sewage treatment plant has been significantly improved,and the effluent water quality can be upgraded to the first-class A standard by the first-class B standard.
