摘 要:针对城市供水系统运行效率、供水服务等方面存在的问题,从政府监管角度,以运行效率、供给效果、综合效益3个维度建立评估指标体系,并通过综合评分对城市供水系统效能进行评估,从而推动城市供水行业合理利用现有资源、提升技术与管理水平、提高服务质量,促进城市供水系统高质量建设和发展.Aiming at the problems of operation efficiency,water supply service and so on,the evaluation index system for effectiveness of water supply system has been established.From the perspective of government supervision,the evaluation index system includes three dimensions,which are operation efficiency,supply effect and comprehensive benefit.Effectiveness of urban water supply system can be quantitatively scored by using the evaluation index system.Therefore,high quality construction and development of urban water supply system can be accelerated by promoting rational use of existing resources,enhancing technology and management level,and improving service quality.
