摘 要:为满足低损耗材料在1 000℃的高温环境下的测试,利用波导传输反射法及谐振腔微扰法实现材料介电性能宽频带变温特性测试。为提高加热速度,采用微波加热技术,利用TE10n模矩形谐振腔进行谐振法测试同时利用高温波导传输线进行信号传输及波导法高温测试,设计搭建了低损耗材料高温介电性能测试系统,实现了最高1 000℃的宽频带复介电常数快速自动化测试。以熔融石英为例进行高温介电测试,测试结果表明,测试系统实用有效,可以完成对低损耗材料的高温介电测试。In order to meet the requirements of low loss materials in the high temperature environment of 1 000 ℃, the method of waveguide transmission and reflection and the method of cavity perturbation are used to test the dielectric properties of materials in wide frequency band. In order to improve the heating speed, the microwave heating technology is used, and the TM020 mode cylindrical cavity is used for the resonance method test. At the same time, the high-temperature waveguide transmission line is used for the signal transmission and the waveguide method for the high-temperature test. A high-temperature dielectric property test system for low loss materials is designed and built, which realizes the fast and automatic test of the complex dielectric constant of the wideband at the highest temperature of 1 000 ℃. Taking fused quartz as an example, the test results show that the test system is practical and effective, and can complete the high temperature dielectric test of low loss materials.
