摘  要:孕期的各种应激刺激及临床上地塞米松等药物的广泛使用是导致胎儿暴露于内、外源性糖皮质激素的重要原因。女性(雌性)卵巢功能异常甚至疾病状态具有宫内起源,而糖皮质激素可能参与编程子代卵巢功能发育损伤甚至多代的功能异常。本综述结合临床和实验室的研究进展,系统概述内、外源性糖皮质激素导致子代卵巢发育损伤及其多代遗传的现象,并初步探讨其宫内编程机制。During pregnancy,stress stimulation and the widespread use of drugs(such as dexamethasone)are the important causes of fetus exposed to endogenous and exogenous glucocorticoids.Ovarian dysfunction and some reproductive endocrine disorders have intrauterine origin.And the abnormal ovarian functional development in offspring could be programmed by glucocorticoids,which even has multigenerational effects.This article systematically reviews the damage of ovarian development and multigenerational phenotype of offspring caused by endogenous and exogenous glucocorticoids,as well as summarizing the potential intrauterine mechanism according to clinical and laboratory studies.
