摘 要:针对平面提升闸门采用传统的设计方法存在的过程复杂、费时费力、更改繁琐、效率低下等问题,以曹娥江上浦船闸及航道工程中的平面提升闸门为例,对Autodesk Invertor在三维模型建立、机构传动动画生成,结构干涉检查、闸门重心位置显示、二维工程图出图等应用进行研究和阐述。表明将Autodesk Invertor软件应用在实际工程中,能够大大缩短设计周期、提高设计效率和准确率,对其他类型的闸门设计也具有借鉴意义。In view of the problems existing in the traditional design method for the plane lift gate,such as complicated process,time-consuming and laborious,tedious change and inefficiency,we take the plane lift gate in the shiplock and waterway engineering of Cao’e River as an example to probe into the application of Autodesk Inventor in the establishment of three-dimensional model,the generation of mechanism transmission animation,the inspection of structure interference, the display of the center of gravity of the gate, and the two-dimensional engineering drawing. The result shows that the application of Autodesk Inventor software in the practical engineering can greatly shorten the design cycle,improve the design efficiency and accuracy,and may guide the design of other types of gates.
