1例副鸡禽杆菌和鼻气管鸟杆菌混合感染的诊断  

Isolation and Identification of Co-infection of Avibacterium Paragallinarum and Ornithobacterium Rhinotracheale in a Chicken Flock

摘　　要：2019年3月,北京某鸡场产蛋鸡群中出现大量面部、眼睑严重肿胀等急性病例,为探明其发病原因,本试验进行了病原菌分离鉴定、分离株16S rRNA测序、药敏试验、动物回归试验。结果显示,从病鸡体内分离到副鸡禽杆菌和鼻气管鸟杆菌2种致病菌。血凝和血凝抑制试验结果表明,分离到的副鸡禽杆菌为A型;免疫琼扩试验结果显示,鼻气管鸟杆菌为A型。药敏试验显示,2株分离菌对氨苄西林、强力霉素等敏感,对链霉素及卡那霉素均不敏感。动物回归试验中,试验鸡单独感染副鸡禽杆菌分离株就会出现眼睑肿、浆液性鼻液、结膜炎等典型症状,单独感染鼻气管鸟杆菌的鸡也会发生流鼻液、呼吸紊乱等症状;混合感染的鸡发病症状比单独感染的鸡更为严重,病程加长。从人工感染发病鸡分泌物中可以成功分离出上述2种病原菌。本研究在国内首次发现副鸡禽杆菌和鼻气管鸟杆菌共感染的病例,为预防、控制和诊断鸡肿头综合征提供新思路。A large number of chickens showing serious facial edema and severe eyelid swelling were reported in a layer farm.In order to explore the bacteria of its infection,pathogens were isolated and identified.Also,bacteria 16S rRNA gene was sequenced.Drug sensitive test and SPF chicken regression test were performed in this experiment.Results showed that 2 kinds of bacteria were successfully isolated,which were Avibacterium paragallinarum(Apg)and Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale(ORT).Hemagglutination inhibition result indicated that Apg isolate belonged to Serotype A.Agarose diffusion assay showed that ORT isolate belonged to Serotype A.Drug sensitivity results showed that these two isolates were sensitive to ampicillin and doxycycline.However,they were not sensitive to streptomycin or kanamycin.Chickens infected with Apg alone displayed nasal discharge,inflammation of sinus infraorbitalis,and conjunctivitis.Chickens infected with ORT alone displayed snotty and respiratory disturbance.The co-infection of Apg and ORT showed severity of clinical signs.In the regression test,the above two bacteria were successfully separated from diseased chickens.In this study,the co-infection of Apg and ORT was first found in China,which provides a new idea for the prevention,control and diagnosis of chicken swollen head syndrome.
