高职扩招背景下的教师队伍现状及发展路径研究

摘　　要：随着高职扩招,高职教师队伍发展面临着生师比、编制数、教师考核指标、教学评价、“双师型”教师队伍建设、基层党建工作与教师队伍建设融合等之间的矛盾。高职院校迫切需要建设一支师德高尚、技艺精湛,育人水平高超的教师队伍,有效提升学校人才培养工作水平,实现高职院校质量型扩招。With the expansion of higher vocational education,the development of higher vocational teachers is faced with the contradiction between the ratio of students to teachers,the number of teachers on the establishment the assessment index of teachers,the evaluation of teaching,the construction of“double teacher”teachers,the integration of the Party construction work at the grass-roots level and the construction of teachers.Higher vocational colleges urgently need to build a team of teachers with noble morality,excellent skills and high education level,so as to effectively improve the level of talent training and realize the quality-oriented enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges.
