摘　　要：通过对标“七个有力”标准化建设要求,提出以三会一课为抓手,加强党性修养;以严格规范为导向,强化党员管理;以党日活动为载体,激发组织活力;以先进典型为榜样,扩大宣传引导;以红色文化为引领,凝聚师生力量;以志愿服务为平台,彰显先锋模范;以学生党建为核心,促进学风建设等措施,进一步推进高校学生党支部标准化建设,提升政治功能和组织力。Through benchmarking the“seven powerful aspects”standardization construction requirements,it is proposed to strengthen the cultivation of Party spirit by taking the three sessions and one lesson as the starting point;to strengthen the management of Party member under the guidance of strict norms;to use Party-day activities as a carrier to stimulate organizational vitality;to use advanced models as examples and expand publicity and guidance;to take the red culture as the guide to gather teachers and students;to use volunteer service as the platform to show the vanguard role model;to take student Party building as the core and promote the study style construction and other measures to further promote the standardization of student Party branches and improve the politics function and organizational power.
