摘  要:思政教育是培养学生道德品质的关键途径,将工匠精神与高职思政教育深度融合,有利于我国特色社会主义的发展以及进步,有利于加强高职学生综合素养以及职业精神,有助于激发学生的主观能动性以及创新精神。为此,本文系统论述了工匠精神融入高职思政教育中的必要性,认为当前工匠精神在高职思政教育的融入过程中存在着融入方法单一、激励机制欠缺、理论与实践教育失衡的问题,为此,笔者从实践工作出发,提出了对应的完善措施,以此提升高职思政教育工作的有效性。Ideological and political education is a key way to cultivate the moral quality of students.The deep integration of the craftsmanship and vocational ideological and political education is conducive to the development and progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is conducive to strengthening the comprehensive qualities and professionalism of vocational students,which helps to stimulate students’subjective initiative and innovative spirit.To this end,this article systematically discusses the necessity of integrating the craftsmanship spirit into higher ideological and political education,and believes that the current craftsmanship spirit has a single integration method,a lack of incentive mechanism,and an imbalance between theoretical and practical education.For this reason,from the perspective of practical work,the author put forward corresponding improvement measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational education.
