摘　　要：在医疗决策的模式中,共同决策作为一种新的决策模式逐渐得到医疗参与者各方的青睐和重视。共同决策使患者充分地参与治疗过程,体现患者自主权利,提高患者治疗满意度,减少医患纠纷。共同决策的实施基于医患双方充分的沟通交流,基于患者的价值观和偏好。然而,在实际临床工作中因医生与患者沟通时间有限等原因,以至于无法在治疗过程中充分考虑患者价值观和偏好,最终阻碍患者参与治疗决策。本文采用SWOT方法就我国医疗领域推行医患共同决策它自身的优势和劣势,外部的机会和威胁等问题进行分析,以期待更好地认识这一决策模式,使"以病人为中心"的治疗理念得以充分发展。In the mode of medical decision-making,the shared decision-making,as a new decision-making mode,has been gradually favored and valued by all the medical participants.Shared decision-making enables patients to fully participate in treatment process,reflects patients’rights of autonomy,improves patients’satisfaction with treatment,and reduces doctor-patient disputes.The implementation of shared decision-making is based on the full communication between the doctor and the patient,based on the values and preferences of the patient.However,in practical clinical work,due to limited communication time between doctors and patients,patients’values and preferences cannot be fully considered in the treatment process,which ultimately hinders patients’participation in treatment decisions.In this paper,SWOT method is adopted to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats in the implementation of doctor-patient shared decision-making in China’s medical field in order to better understand this decision-making mode and fully develop the“patient-centered”treatment concept.
