摘　　要：国内外各大医院越来越重视患者安全管理,以减少患者损害,增加患者安全。如何实施有效的患者安全管理,已经成为国内外医疗机构关心的重要问题。文章介绍了医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)这一管理工具,并介绍了HFMEA对于患者安全管理的重要性及实施步骤、HFMEA在患者安全管理中的应用及应用过程中的注意点,以期提高医院患者安全风险管理能力,更好地保障患者安全。Hospitals at home and abroad pay more and more attention to patient safety management to reduce the damage to patients and increase patient safety.How to implement effective patient safety management has become an important issue concerned by medical institutions at home and abroad.This paper introduces the management tool of medical failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA),the importance and implementation steps of HFMEA for patient safety management,and the application of HFMEA in patient safety management,and points of attention in the application process,so as to improve the ability of hospital patient safety risk management and better protect patient safety.
