摘　　要：新医改已经在全国范围内开展,新的卫生体制的引进对我国医疗事业的发展有一定的推动作用。疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)付费制度根据病人的年龄、性别、住院天数、临床诊断、病症、手术、疾病严重程度,合并症与并发症及转归等因素把病人分入诊断相关组[1],在分级上进行科学测算,给予定额预付款。DRGs控制医疗服务中的不合理消费,限制过度医疗,提高了医院的医疗质量,增加医疗效率和效益,减少了卫生资源的浪费。美国是最早实行DRGs的国家,法国和德国的先进经验也值得我国学习,本文通过DRGs在中国实行的缘由,针对国外DRGs实行情况进行比较分析,为我国DRGs的实行提供建议。The new medical reform has been carried out nationwide,and the introduction of the new health system has played a certain role in promoting the development of China’s medical undertakings.The disease Diagnosis Related Grouping(DRGs)payment system assigns patients to the diagnosis related groups based on factors such as age,sex,length of hospital stay,clinical diagnosis,symptoms,surgery,disease severity,complications and outcomes.Scientific calculation is conducted on the classification and the fixed advance payment is given.DRGs controls unreasonable consumption in medical services,restricts excessive medical treatment,improves medical quality of hospitals,increases medical efficiency and benefits,and reduces the waste of health resources.The United States is the first country to implement DRGs,and the advanced experience of France and Germany is also worth learning from in China.Based on the reasons for the implementation of DRGs in China and the comparative analysis of DRGs implementation abroad,this paper provides suggestions for the implementation of DRGs in China.
