摘 要:目的深入了解无茎黄芪(Astragalus acaulis)根的化学成分。方法采用羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、Rp-18、硅胶等多种柱色谱对样品进行分离纯化,运用理化性质和现代波谱技术对单体成分进行结构鉴定。结果从无茎黄芪根甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位分离纯化得到19个化合物,分别鉴定为:甘草素(1)、异甘草素(2)、isomucronvlatol(3)、丁香脂素4-0-8B-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、落叶松脂醇(5)、落叶松脂醇4-0-B-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、5-甲氧基落叶松脂醇4-0-B-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、对羟基苯甲醛(8)、山梨醇(9)、7-氧谷甾醇(10)、7B-羟基谷甾醇(11)B-itsteryl-D-glucoside-6'-palmitate(12)、3B-羟基-5a,8a-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22E-二烯(13)、2a,3B-二羟基齐墩果酸(14)、硬脂酸甲酯(15)、β-谷甾醇(16)、胡萝卜苷(17)、油酸(18)和反式油酸甲酯(19)。结论化合物1~19均为首次从该植物中分离得到;无茎黃芪富含黄酮类、木脂素类、甾体类成分。OBJECTIVE To study the major chemical constituents of the roots of Astragalus acaulis.METHODS Compounds were isolated and purified by using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and Rp-18 chromatographice techniques.Their structures were deter-mined based on various spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.RESULTS Ninteen compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions derivated from the methanol extract of the rools of A.acaulis,and identified as lquiritigenin(1),isoliquiritigenin(2),isomucronulatol(3),syringaresinol4-0 B D-glucopyranoside(4),lariciresinol(5),lariciresinol-4-0-B-D-glucopyranoside(6),5-methoxylariciresinol4-O B-D glucopyranoside(7),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(8),sorbiol(9),7-oxositosterol(10),7B-hydroxysilosterol(11),B-sitosley-D-glucoside-6 palmitate(12),Sa,8a epidioxy-ergsta-6,22E-dien-3B-ol(13),2a,3p-ihydroxyloleanolie acid(14),methyl stearate(15),p-sitosterol(16),daucosterol(17),oleie acid(18),and methyl elaidate(19).CONCLUSION All of the compounds reported in this study are isolated from the plant for the first time.A.acaulis is rich in flavonoids,lignans,and steroids.
