蛇床清热止痒方剂体外抑菌效果及对皮肤刺激性观察

摘　　要：目的观察蛇床清热止痒方剂的体外抑菌效果及对皮肤刺激性,为体外抗菌应用提供依据。方法采用抑菌环试验、稀释法和动物试验法,对蛇床清热止痒方不同制剂体外抑菌效果及其皮肤刺激性进行观察。结果蛇床清热止痒方水煎液、挥发油及二者混合药液对6种受试微生物均有不同程度的抑制作用。该方剂混合药液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌以及大肠埃希菌最低抑菌浓度分别为6.3 mg/m L、12.76 mg/m L、25.52mg/m L和12.76 mg/m L。水煎液与混合药液对豚鼠皮肤无刺激作用。结论蛇床清热止痒方的水提液与挥发油对所试验的标准菌株具有良好的体外抑菌效果,对试验动物皮肤无刺激性。Objective To observe the antibacterial effect in vitro and skin irritation of Shechuang Qingre Zhiyang prescription to provide a basis for antibacterial application in vitro.Methods Oxford cup,dilution method and animal test method were used to observe the in vitro antibacterial effect and skin irritation of different preparations of Shechuang Qingre Zhiyang prescription.Results The decoction,volatile oil and their mixture of Shechuang Qingre Zhiyang prescription all had different degrees of inhibitory effects on six tested microorganisms.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of the mixed liquid of the prescription against Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli were 6.38 mg/m L,12.76 mg/m L,25.52 mg/m L,12.76 mg/m L,respectively.The decoction and the mixed liquid had no irritation effect on the skin of guinea pigs.Conclusion The decoction and volatile oil of Shechuang Qingre Zhiyang prescription has good antibacterial effect in vitro on the standard strains tested,and has no irritation to the skin of experimental animals.
