摘 要:目的了解医护人员手部携带病原菌的分布及相关耐药基因的携带率。方法通过细菌分离鉴定和基因分析方法,对某医院临床医护人员手采样标本进行细菌分离鉴定和耐药基因检测。结果共采集医护人员手部标本457份,分离到病原菌59株,分离率为12.91%。以大肠埃希菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌分居前3位,构成比依次分别为49.15%、28.81%和13.56%。在59株病原菌中,检出6株病原菌携带4种耐药基因,分别为TEM、CTX-M-9、mec A和bla Z基因。结论医护人员手携带病原菌比例较高,多为多重耐药菌,提示应强化医务人员手卫生。Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria on the hands of medical staff and the carrying rate of related drug resistance genes.Methods Through bacterial isolation and identification and gene analysis methods,bacterial isolation and identification and detection of drug resistance genes were performed on hand specimens of clinical medical staff in a hospital.Results A total of 457 hand specimens of medical staff were collected,59 pathogenic bacteria were isolated,and the isolation rate was 12.91%.Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniaranked on the top three,with the composition ratios of 49.15%,28.81% and 13.56% respectively.Among 59 strains of pathogenic bacteria,6 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected to carry 4 drug resistance genes,namely TEM,CTX-M-9,mec A,bla Z genes.Conclusion The proportion of pathogenic bacteria on hands of medical staff is high,mostly of which are multi-drug resistant bacteria,suggesting that hand hygiene of medical staff should be strengthened.
