摘　　要：目的观察2种材质手术铺巾对手术切口细菌污染防控效果。方法采用棉拭子涂抹采样培养法,对2种材质手术铺巾预防手术切口细菌污染的效果进行观察。结果使用长纤聚酯纤维铺巾的试验组手术患者切口细菌培养阳性率仅为15.6%,明显低于棉布组,两组细菌培养阳性率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。棉布对照组患者术后切口感染率为12.1%,略高于长纤聚酯纤维铺巾组。结论长纤聚酯纤维铺巾具有良好的防护外科手术切口细菌污染功能,有利于手术切口感染的防控。Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of surgical drape system on the prevention and control of bacterial contamination in surgical incisions.Methods Using cotton swab smearing and cultivating method,the effect of two kinds of surgical drapes on the prevention of bacterial contamination in surgical incision was observed.Results The positive rate of incision bacterial culture in the surgical group using polyester filament fiber drapes was only 15.6%,which was significantly lower than that in the cotton group.The difference of bacterial culture positive rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate of postoperative incision in the control group of cotton was 12.1%,which was slightly higher than that in the polyester filament fiber group.Conclusion The polyester filament fiber drape system has good protection effect against bacterial contamination in surgical incisions,which is conducive to the prevention and control of surgical incision infections.
