摘 要:鹤壁矿区所采二1煤层平均厚度8 m左右,煤体硬度一般在0.3~0.7,采用走向长壁综采放顶煤开采,回采巷道都是采用U型钢支架支护。随着采深不断增加,矿压显现极为明显,U型钢支护已满足不了采煤工作面安全生产需要。鹤煤九矿3204工作面最为典型,该面是32采区最后一个工作面,埋深-520^-600 m,左右两侧均为采空区,属孤岛工作面,应力高度集中,为保证工作面安全生产,首次在该面进行了全煤锚网支护试验研究。通过在实施过程中不断总结优化,支护效果达到预期目标。The average thickness of coal seam is about 8 m in Hebi mining area, the hardness of coal is 0.3 to 0.7,Adopt strike longwall fully mechanized caving top coal mining, the mining roadway is supported by U-type steel support. As the depth increases, the ore pressure is very obvious, the U-type steel support can not meet the safety production needs of coal face, the coal face 3204 is the most typical,This is the last coal face in mining area 32, buried depth-520 m to-600 m,it is an island coal face,both sides are mined out area,the stress is very concentrated, in order to ensure the safe production of coal face, in this face, have tested the anchor net in full coal roadway. Through continuous summary and analysis in the implementation process,the supporting effect reaches the expected goal.
