摘 要:为解决芦家峪瓦斯抽采系统能力不足及运行效率低的问题,结合长平煤矿生产及瓦斯抽采系统现状,分析了抽采系统扩能改造和系统调控优化的必要性和可行性,提出了瓦斯抽采系统扩能改造及系统调控优化方案,明确了扩能改造及调控优化改造主要内容。通过抽采系统扩能改造及系统调控优化,实现3套瓦斯抽采系统的互联互通互备功能,可及时调整抽采系统运行方式,有效应对井下多区域复杂变化的瓦斯抽采方式,提高了瓦斯抽采系统能力和运行效率,同时大大节省投资成本、时间成本。互联互通互备功能可作为类似条件瓦斯抽采系统改造或新建抽采系统设计提供借鉴。In order to solve the problems of insufficient capacity and low operation efficiency of Lujiayu gas drainage system,combined with the current production situation and the current situation of gas drainage system in Changping coal mine,the necessity and feasibility of capacity expansion and optimization of system regulation and control are analyzed. The scheme of capacity expansion and optimization of system regulation and control is put forward, and the main contents of capacity expansion and optimization of regulation and control are clarified. Through the expansion and transformation of the drainage system and the optimization of the system regulation, the interconnection and mutual standby functions of the three sets of drainage systems can be realized, the operation mode of the drainage system can be adjusted in time, the complex underground gas drainage mode can be effectively dealt with, the capacity and operation efficiency of the gas drainage system can be improved,and the investment cost and time cost can be greatly saved. The interconnection and mutual standby function can be used as a reference for gas drainage system reconstruction or new drainage system design under similar conditions.
