摘  要:煤层冲刷带是一种常见的矿井地质现象,井下采掘作业进入冲刷带区域时往往会导致工作面瓦斯涌出异常。以新集二矿综采工作面过煤层冲刷带开采为例,分析了煤层冲刷带对工作面瓦斯涌出的影响。根据工作面过冲刷带区域出现瓦斯超限的原因,制定了施工砂岩裂隙瓦斯探查钻孔、顺层钻孔、穿层钻孔、短孔注水等针对性的瓦斯防治补充措施,最终实现了工作面的安全回采,为类似条件下的工作面瓦斯防治提供了借鉴。Coal seam scouring zone is a common geological phenomenon in coal mines. When the underground mining operation enters the scouring zone, it often leads to abnormal gas emission in the working face. Taking fully mechanized mining face of Xinji No.2 coal mine passing through coal seam scouring zone as an example, the influences of coal seam scouring zone on mining face are analyzed.According to the reasons of gas concentration overrun, targeted gas control technologies such as sandstone fracture gas exploration borehole, coal seam borehole, crossing hole,short borehole water injection, etc. are developed, and safe production of the mining face is realized. The practice provides reference for gas control of mining face with similar condition.
