摘  要:针对大采高综放工作面采空区漏风规律复杂且难以定量分析的问题,以中煤塔山煤矿30501综放工作面为例,采用SF6示踪气体漏风检测技术,对工作面进行全长分段漏风检测。结果表明:工作面向采空区的主要漏入通道为下隅角至5#支架,漏风量625 m3/min;工作面向采空区的主要漏出通道分为2部分,65#支架至85#支架漏出风量386 m3/min,85#支架至上隅角漏出风量182 m3/min。工作面向采空区漏风规律整体呈现前半程漏入,后半程漏出的正态分布规律。工作面回风较进风风量多96 m3/min,结合工作面进风巷注氮30 m3/min情况,最终确定采空区外部漏风量66 m3/min。Aiming at the problem of complicated and difficult quantitative analysis of the air leakage in the goaf of the fully mechanized top coal caving face with large mining height, taking the 30501 fully mechanized caving face in Tashan coal mine of China coal as an example, the SF6 tracer gas leakage detection technology is used to analyze the full length of the working face. The results show that the main leakage channel of the working face to the goaf is from the lower corner to the No.5 support, and the air leakage volume is 625 m3/min;the main leakage channel of the working face to the goaf is divided into two parts, the air leakage volume from the No.65 support to the No.85 support is 386 m3/min,and the air leakage volume from the No.85 support to the upper corner is 182 m3/min. The air leakage law of the working face in the goaf presents the normal distribution law of the first half leakage and the second half leakage. The return air volume of the working face is 96 m3/min more than that of the air inlet. Combined with the nitrogen injection of 30 m3/min in the air inlet of the working face, it is finally determined that the air leakage outside the goaf is 66 m3/min.
